At Skull Shaver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your shaver in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
